I charge an hourly fee, typically the same amount you would pay for a music teacher, tutor, or massage therapist.  Please call for current pricing.

I do not bill insurance companies, but will supply you with the necessary documentation to file a claim yourself if appropriate.

I do not charge for my travel time unless you live in excess of a 30 minute radius as per  suggested by Mapquest.  I can discuss extra travel fees with you as necessary.

Payment by cash or check due at time of service.  I reserve the right to charge extra for returned checks.
